16-19. 또 다른 위험에서의 구원이다.
음녀--이 말은 종종 창녀 또는 방탕한 여자를 가리키며(사사기 11:1, 2), 결혼한 여자(잠언 7:5, 19)이든 그렇지 않은 여자(열왕기상 11:1)이든 해당된다. 아마 처음에는 그런 여자들이 외국인이었기 때문에 그렇게 불렸을 수 있으나, ‘낯선’이라는 말은 ‘다른 불’(민수기 3:4), ‘다른 향’(출애굽기 30:9)처럼 옳거나 합당한 것에 반대되는 모든 것을 나타낼 수도 있다.
아첨하는--문자적으로는 ‘매끄럽게 하는’이다.
