Quant How, Inc. ((주)퀀트하우, the "Company") respects the privacy of scripture.how users and processes personal data under applicable data-protection law. 1. Data we process - Account and login: email, name or display name, one-way password hash, email-verification status, and an identifier from an optional social-login provider - Service use: language and display settings, usage history, Bible notes, questions, inquiries, and other user-entered content - My Voice Bible: browser-local audio is not sent to Company servers unless the user chooses cloud upload. Cloud storage processes audio files, Bible-version and passage links, file size, and timestamps. - Payments: order number, product, amount, currency, payment/subscription status, payment-provider customer and transaction IDs, and refund history. The Company does not store full card numbers or card security codes. - Automatically generated: IP address, access time, requested URL, browser/device information, cookies, security logs, and error logs 2. Purposes We use data for account authentication, Bible reading and user-content features, cloud audio storage and sharing, orders and refunds, support, security and fraud prevention, service improvement, legal compliance, and dispute handling. 3. Retention - Account data: until account deletion, except data retained separately where law or a dispute requires it. - User content: until deleted by the user or account closure; public content may be anonymized or removed under user requests, policy, and law. - Advertising/display records: 6 months. - Contract, withdrawal, payment, and service-supply records: 5 years. - Consumer complaints and disputes: 3 years. - Access and security logs: normally 3 months, extended only where needed for a security investigation or legal duty. 4. Third parties We do not sell or disclose personal data without consent or a legal basis. At checkout, a payment processor or Merchant of Record may process payment data as an independent controller; its identity, purpose, and privacy terms are shown at checkout. 5. Processors and international processing - Cloudflare, Inc.: CDN, security, traffic processing and, depending on configuration, cloud object storage. IP/access data and user-selected cloud files may be processed over encrypted connections on global infrastructure until the purpose or contract ends. - The payment provider shown at checkout (for example, a Paddle entity): payment, subscription, tax, fraud prevention, and buyer support. Order, contact, and transaction data may be processed internationally under that provider's notice. Material changes to processors or processing regions will be disclosed in this Policy. 6. Cookies Cookies and local storage support login, security, language/display settings, and basic usage statistics. Blocking them may limit some functions. 7. Your rights You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or account closure through account settings or [email protected]. We may verify identity before responding. 8. Deletion and security Data is securely deleted when no longer needed. Legally retained records are access-restricted and deleted after the retention period. We use HTTPS, one-way password hashing, least-privilege access, authentication/authorization, and protected logs and backups. 9.
