Szene 1 요한복음 7:1-9

My Time Has Not Yet Come

Jesus' brothers told him to go to Judea and show his works to the people.

Jesus waited for the Father's time, not for applause from people.

Jesus said that his time had not yet come and stayed in Galilee.

But when the festival began, people in Jerusalem quietly began talking about Jesus.

Quietly Up to Jerusalem

Jesus went up to Jerusalem quietly, not with a loud parade.

People at the festival looked for Jesus and said different things about him.

Some said he was good, while others said he was confusing the people.

When the festival was underway, Jesus began teaching in the temple.

Szene 3 요한복음 7:14-24

Teaching From God

Halfway through the festival, Jesus went to the temple and taught.

The people were amazed as they listened to his wise words.

Jesus said his teaching came from the One who sent him.

The people of Jerusalem began asking more deeply who Jesus was.

Where Did He Come From?

People in Jerusalem asked one another who Jesus really was.

Some thought they knew where Jesus came from.

Jesus said he had not come on his own, but had come from God.

As people's hearts stirred, the leaders began sending men to seize Jesus.

Szene 5 요한복음 7:32-36

You Will Look for Me

The leaders sent officers to seize Jesus.

Jesus said he would be with the people a little longer and then return to the One who sent him.

The people did not understand what his words meant.

On the last great day of the festival, Jesus cried out an invitation of living water.

Let the Thirsty Come to Me

On the last great day of the festival, Jesus stood and cried out.

He invited anyone who was thirsty to come to him and drink.

John explains that Jesus was speaking about the Spirit given to those who believe in him.

After hearing Jesus' invitation, the people again responded in different ways.

Szene 7 요한복음 7:40-44

The Crowd Was Divided

After hearing Jesus, the people spoke in different ways.

Some said he was the Prophet, and some said he was the Christ.

Others hesitated, asking whether the Christ would come from Galilee.

Even the officers sent to seize Jesus returned without him.

Szene 8 요한복음 7:45-52

No One Ever Spoke Like This

The officers who had been sent to seize Jesus came back without him.

They answered that no one had ever spoken like this man.

Nicodemus carefully said that they should listen first and learn the facts before judging.

In the next story, Jesus shines light into darkened hearts and speaks again about light.
