한

나는 전능하신 하나님 아버지, 하늘과 땅을 지으신 분을 믿습니다.

영

I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth.

한

또한 그분의 유일하신 아들, 우리 주 예수 그리스도를 믿습니다.

영

And in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord;

한

그분은 성령으로 잉태되어 동정녀 마리아에게서 나셨고,

영

who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary;

한

본디오 빌라도 아래에서 고난을 받으시고, 십자가에 못 박혀 죽으시고 장사되셨으며, 음부에 내려가셨습니다.

영

suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; he descended into hell;

한

사흘 만에 죽은 자들 가운데서 다시 살아나셨고,

영

the third day he rose again from the dead;

6

한

하늘에 오르시어 전능하신 하나님 아버지의 오른편에 앉아 계시며,

영

he ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty;

7

한

거기로부터 산 자와 죽은 자를 심판하러 오실 것입니다.

영

from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

한

나는 성령을 믿으며,

영

I believe in the Holy Ghost;

한

거룩한 보편 교회와 성도의 교제와,

영

the holy catholic Church; the communion of saints;

10

한

죄의 용서와,

영

the forgiveness of sins;

11

한

몸의 부활과,

영

the resurrection of the body;

12

한

영원한 생명을 믿습니다. 아멘.

and the life everlasting. Amen.
